Tim Forrester, (PWS)

Partner/Director of Coastal Resources

Tim Forrester is a Managing Partner and the Director of Coastal Resources at Flycatcher LLC, bringing over 25 years of experience in environmental consulting throughout Maine and Northern New England to the company. He holds a B.S. in Environmental Analysis and Planning & Biology from Frostburg State University and is a Professional Wetland Scientist (PWS #1933), Certified Professional in Erosion & Sediment Control (#1539), and Certified Ecological Restoration Practitioner (CERP #0942) with the Society of Ecological Restoration.

His expertise includes project management, natural resource inventories, coastal resiliency, shoreline restoration, and permitting across federal, state, and local levels. Prior to joining Flycatcher, he founded Atlantic Environmental LLC, which merged with Flycatcher in 2022. For 17 years prior to that, he was the senior project manager at a small consulting company in Maine. Tim has successfully led projects for commercial, municipal, and residential clients across the State. His technical knowledge and leadership make him a trusted expert in navigating complex environmental regulations and advancing sustainable coastal restoration solutions in Maine.
