ENVIRONMENTAL INSPECTOR
The Environmental Inspector will provide environmental permit compliance monitoring for all aspects of the project. We need someone fairly experienced so they can hit the ground running on existing and upcoming projects. Must be able to understand and have experience in environmental regulations related to erosion control installation, tree clearing, grubbing, road construction, stormwater control installation, equipment staging and pollution control, and communicating compliance requirements to contractors. The environmental Inspector must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (e.g., word processing, email and online meeting collaboration, use of online database services), problem-solving, critical thinking, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to see, understand, and articulate the big picture when things go haywire. Job tasks may require other field and office support as needed and based on experience and interest. Travel may be required.

SOIL SCIENTIST/SITE EVALUATOR
We are seeking an experienced scientist with a focus on someone that possesses Maine licenses as a soil scientist (LSS) and/or site evaluator (LSE). The right candidate should have great written and personal communication skills, an understanding and experience with GPS technology, a focus for producing high-quality work, a natural curiosity for learning, and an appetite for taking on new challenges and finding solutions. Other plusses are being a proficient wetland delineator and/or experience as an environmental inspector.

WETLAND SCIENTIST/FIELD LEAD
We are seeking an enthusiastic field leader with at least three years’ experience in wetland and wildlife science, ecology, regulation, and permitting. The right candidate will be able to perform wetland delineations and associated work (e.g. vernal pools surveys) independently and as part of a team. The Field Lead will have great written and personal communication skills, a focus for producing high-quality work, a natural curiosity for learning, and an appetite for taking on new challenges and finding solutions. You should have experience leading field teams performing natural resource surveys including wetland delineations and vernal pool assessments, mapping habitat types, collecting GPS data, analyzing data, performing soil surveys, and compiling reports. Additionally, preference will be given to any candidate with direct experience supporting development of local, state and federal permit applications, especially in Maine. Experience in stormwater and erosion/sedimentation control and inspection is also a plus.
