

Meg Stevenson (AWB)
Wetland Scientist, Biologist and Environmental Inspector
Meg Stevenson is the Environmental Inspection Group Lead at Flycatcher LLC, bringing over a decade of experience in environmental consulting. A graduate of the University of Maine, Meg began her career conducting a wide range of ecological fieldwork across the state, including raptor and songbird point count surveys, vernal pool assessments, wetland inspections, and recreation studies. She is a certified Maine DEP contractor in erosion and sediment control (#1166) and on the Maine DEP list of qualified Third-Party Inspectors.
In her current role, Meg leads inspection efforts that ensure project compliance with environmental permits and regulations. She is dedicated to balancing project goals with ecological stewardship, drawing on her extensive field experience and collaborative approach to support successful outcomes for both clients and natural resources.
Outside of work, Meg enjoys spending time with her family and their dogs, an elkhound named Sig and a beagle named Annie. She loves hiking, sewing, perfecting her anadama bread, and birding; whether in pursuit of elusive boreal species or simply enjoying the black-capped chickadees in her own backyard.
