Lex Davis

Environmental Scientist

During her time with Flycatcher, Lex has supported a variety of projects including wetland delineations, vernal pool surveys, wildlife investigations, and environmental field studies. She has contributed to rare species research efforts, including black racer eDNA monitoring, and has provided GPS and field data collection support for several large-scale natural resource and renewable energy projects throughout Maine. Through these projects, Lex has gained experience collecting and managing environmental data across large project areas and enjoys expanding her knowledge of wetland science, wildlife ecology, and coastal restoration.

In her free time, she loves running, reading, gardening, and participating in many water activities. Her love of water activities comes from growing up in Minnesota surrounded by many lakes, including camping and canoeing in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area with her family. Now Lex appreciates getting to enjoy the lovely state of Maine!
