

Kelly Waddle
Planning and Permits Manager
Kelly Waddle is a Project Manager at Flycatcher LLC, bringing over eleven years of experience in environmental consulting in the State of Maine and New England. A graduate of Saint Michael’s College, Kelly began her career as a field scientist conducting a wide range of wildlife surveys.
In her current role, Kelly provides project planning and permitting support for a variety of project types, including; coastal resiliency, shoreline stabilization and restoration, dock permitting, and natural resource and wildlife surveys. She supports projects through all stages from initial planning/design, site visits, and permitting. She is experienced in preparing permit applications for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the Maine DEP, and cities/towns in Maine; as well as appearing before boards and commissions.
When not in the office or field, Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband and two rescue dogs, Phinn and Phoebe. Her hobbies include skiing, hiking, mountain biking, birdwatching, and gardening.
