Jessie Hutchinson

Permitting & Environmental Specialist

Jessie Hutchinson is a Permitting & Environmental Specialist at Flycatcher LLC who joined the team in 2021 after graduating from the University of Maine with a degree in wildlife ecology. Jessie came to Flycatcher with a background conducting wildlife surveys and rehabilitation, laboratory research, organic farming, and landscaping.

In her current position, Jessie provides expertise in natural resource and RTE surveys, management of multi-phase restoration projects, stakeholder engagement, and local, state, and federal permitting. Her formal education in conservation and land management gives her a diverse set of experiences to draw from when performing field surveys and permitting for clients in a variety of sectors.

In her free time, Jessie can be found arranging flowers from her garden, enjoying live music at local music venues, or adventuring around her home state by foot, bike, paddle or XC ski. She also loves crafting, birding, camping, and weekend adventures with friends.
